World's Largest Snowball Fight stymied by insurance problems?

Whatever...I say show up in Prospect Park for a good ole snowball fight anyway. Heard that we should expect a foot of snow in NYC (!). Fun will be had, world's record or no world's record, event insurance or no event insurance.
